The staff of this restaurant has verbally confirmed halal status. All Inchin’s Bamboo Garden restaurants serve halal meats.
Decent place for Indo-Chinese food. Went on a Friday evening and they told that the standard wait time to be 45-60 minutes. They don’t take reservations either. But as we were two adults, we chose the bar counter and got the seats in 10 minutes.
Coming to the food, it was decent. Nothing extraordinary but the best part is the indo-Chinese vegetarian options which isn’t that easily available in other restaurants.
Staffs were nice and they also reimburse the parking fee if you use the customer parking space.
I am from Oklahoma and we do not have any good Indian restaurants, let alone a good Indo-Chinese restaurant. This one is as good as what we get in India. Very friendly staff, lovely atmosphere and great food. They clearly marked what vegan/vegetarian options were available and we loved it The dates wontons dessert is pretty unique and I’d definitely recommend this to anyone
Me and My husband recently had the pleasure of dining at Inchin's Bamboo Restaurant and I must say, it was an exceptional experience. From the moment we entered the restaurant, we were greeted with warm smiles and a welcoming atmosphere. Our server, Kathya, was attentive, friendly, and made sure that we had a memorable dining experience.
Now, let's talk about the food. We ordered a variety of dishes and each one exceeded our expectations. The Dragon's Milk cocktail was a perfect start to our meal. Its unique blend of flavors left us craving for more. The Far East Move-Mint was a refreshing and delightful beverage that perfectly complemented our meal.
Moving on to the appetizers, the Pan Fry Chilli Paneer was an absolute delight. The paneer was perfectly cooked and had a wonderful balance of spices. It was a great choice to kickstart our culinary journey. The Lat Mai Paneer was another standout dish. The flavors were rich and aromatic, and the paneer was incredibly tender. It was evident that the chefs at Inchin's Bamboo Restaurant pay attention to detail and strive for perfection.
As for the main course, the Mixed Chicken Garlic Noodle was a true highlight. The noodles were cooked to perfection, and the garlic-infused sauce added a delightful burst of flavor to every bite. The dish was well-balanced and left us completely satisfied.
Throughout our meal, Kathya ensured that we had everything we needed. She was knowledgeable about the menu and provided helpful recommendations when we were unsure of what to order. Her attentive and friendly service truly enhanced our dining experience.
Overall, I highly recommend Inchin's Bamboo Restaurant. The food is outstanding, with a great variety of flavors and textures that will please any palate. The service provided by Kathya was exceptional, and we felt well taken care of throughout our visit. Whether you're looking for a casual dinner or a special occasion, this restaurant is definitely worth a visit.
We were cravings for Indo Chinese and landed here !
Ordered below
Masala papad 5/5
Veg corn soup 4/5
Vegetable coin Manchurian 3.5/5
Veg Hakka noodles 4/5

Service was terrible , they took so much time to take the order , ambience was good
Inchins Bamboo Garden is a wonderful indo-chinese restaurant! The dishes are always fresh and flavorful, and the portions are generous.
We especially liked the manchurian, chilli paneer, and chinese bhel. The crispy baby corn is also a must-try.
But by far the best dish is the Chilli Garlic Noodles with chicken and lamb. The street side chow mein, was mediocre and not something I would get again. I also recommend trying the hazy temple whisky cocktail. It is a delicious cocktail prepared smoked hickory.
The restaurant has a nice ambiance, with a modern and elegant décor. The service was a little lacking, but the restaurant was packed so they were likely slammed during rush hour. But the staff is always happy to make recommendations. The parking is validated, which is a plus in downtown Bellevue.
Overall, the food is delicious, the service is excellent, and the atmosphere is inviting.
