SOMALI RESTAURANT/HALAL MEAT

Looking for lunch off the 80 on our long haul trip from California to New York and found this place open on Labor Day Monday - not a lot to look at but the food is fabulous. We walked to the back of the store to an area where food is served. The language barrier was not a problem as we pointed to what we wanted - African rice , beef & onion dish and fried (with spices) chicken legs. Also some fresh bananas unpeeled. The food was perfect, and the owners were helpful and friendly. We will hit it on the way back

Nice and convenient spot for all travelers including truck drivers. Walmart truck parking is close and it's a small town but nice place. I really enjoy stopping in this town.

Good food

It was really tasty awesome food. Gotta go in the back of the grocery for wonderful food. Also try the cookies. Amazing simple bisquiits.
