Shari’s Cafe and Pies

Had a really great experience today. We were sat quickly at a clean table. The restaurant was clean and had welcoming music playing. (Unlike other breakfast spots we've been) Bryan was our waiter and he's exceptional at his job. He was friendly, patient when some of us weren't ready to order, quick to bring our food out and at the same time, he came back for refills on our coffees and juice in a timely manner, and we loved he had a positive attitude. The food was great tasting and hot - compliments to the chefs. We don't go out to eat that often so I'm glad we came here. We've agreed to come here from now on.

I stumbled across Shari's Cafe and Pies one day in search of a good breakfast spot. Although the breakfast was decent, it was just a typical American breakfast. The waitress was nice and the food was served hot, which was a plus. My husband and kids enjoyed their breakfast as well.

Although the place seemed to be popular, it didn't quite meet my expectations and I had to deduct some stars.

On the bright side, the cafe offers both dine-in and carry-out options, and parking is conveniently located right in front of the building. Despite my experience, my family enjoyed it enough that we will definitely be back in the future.

Different store, same great food value (especially on “get pie Wednesdays”). The highlighted items on the menu are new items so I tried the Trio.
Overall, it was a low salt selection: chips unsalted, guacamole no salt. The salsa and cheese had the most salt. The guacamole was topped with pico de gallo. The cheese sauce had a 1-star heat.

Wife got the loaded baked potato! Very good. She also had a side salad the size of many dinner salads elsewhere; enough for us to share. Wish I had taken that picture.
Another date night meal for about $20 including lemonades excluding tip.

Wasn't busy, but only one person working at the time. I wasn't in a hurry. She was nice, food was great. I live on the east coast now but I always try to make one stop at Shari's.
